Rosemary – Tuscan Blue

Tuscan Blue Rosemary has an upright habit with long slender leaves that have a leathery texture.  These leaves are on reddish-brown stems.  Though it is considered an herb and is used as such, it can be a great addition to a landscape.  If you want a manicured look, trim the plant to shape it and then use the clippings in your Italian dishes.  The small blue flowers this plant produces are quite edible also and can make a nice garnish for salads.
