Rosemary – Hill Hardy
Named for herb aficionado Madalene Hill, Hill Hardy Rosemary is another flavorful and aesthetically pleasing herb. It has dark green leaves that are needle-like with a bit of a piney fragrance and small white flowers. This native Mediterranean plant can even be made in to a bonsai with a little effort.
Spacing: Plant 24″ to 36″ apart.
Height: Grows 24″ to 36″ tall.
How To Grow: Plant in full sun.
Outstanding Features: Rosemary is great for flavoring meat and potato dishes and for use in wreaths, potpourris and topiaries.
Tips: Prefers dry to normal soil moisture. Use as a filler plant between other plants.
